Comfort Inn Hotel Dubai

nice clean room near the metro and bus stations,hotel provides daily transport to the beach,transport to the airport available too.Good place for eploring Dubai.Only one diadvantage-no bar.

Close to airport but very tired and not very clean.

Adequate 3 star travellers hotel.

They are currently renovating two floors of the hotel. Its a good 3 star hotel.

I only stayed one night, but the Russian staff were very helpful and the room, though adequate, was quiet and nice and I got the good night's rest I needed. Also, it is convenient to the airport if you are just stopping over.

Customer service - poor. Staff seem to show little interest in assisting you during your stay. Breakfast not included in the price and when compared to some lesser priced hotels that do have inclusive breakfast this would have been expected. Courtesy mini bus transport to the airport supplied by the hotel costs 50dhms per person - which is more than a taxi fare. This does not appear to be a service for the hotels clients! Would not stay again.

Helpful pleasant staff, good location, great for a stop over Hotel as its close to Airport and walking distance to shopping mall. Hotel has own courtesy coach for trips to other shopping malls and the beach, and a pleasant pool. Good value and quiet.

Excellent staff, very friendly, one gathers that most guests tend to be from the former soviet union, almost ALL tv channels were either in Rusian language, its dialects or dubbed in the same, very disconcerting and lack of english language based entertainment is possibly the only drawback worth mentioning, hotel is centrally located, however, securing taxi cabs was a bit of a problem,

Stayed at this hotel for a room and a short rest only. It fulfilled my needs as budget accommodation. City centre undergoing renovations of facade at the time, however good quality budget hotel

Basic hotel with all ammenities. There were only 2 computers with Internet access in the lobby. Breakfast can be improved.

The hotel is located ten minutes minutes from airport , situated not in new business district which is on the other side of the river, no broadband in the rooms. Only a PC in the lobby for internet access.

The price offered by hotel to me during off season(month of May) was very reasonable and I was very comfortable with cleanliness of the room and the location of the hotel, which is ideal for tourists as most of the shopping malls and resturants are walking distance from the hotel.

Beware when booking a wake-up call - they missed ours! Need to double-check to make sure that you're on the "wake-up call list" - a collection of yellow Post-It notes at Reception!

Hotel staff is very welcoming and efficient. The hotel building is rather good standard (for Dubai), and location is near the airport, so excellent for late arrival / early departure.
