"Customer service - poor. Staff seem to show little interest in assisting you during your stay. Breakfast not included in the price and when compared to some lesser priced hotels that do have inclusive breakfast this would have been expected. Courtesy mini bus transport to the airport supplied by the hotel costs 50dhms per person - which is more than a taxi fare. This does not appear to be a service for the hotels clients!
