Comfort Inn Hotel Lagny sur Marne

"The corners of the shower are extremely dirty (not only our room, but others as well). The breakfast buffet was not constantly being checked on refilling, and when asking for a refill, the employe seemed very annoyed. During check out, the guy behind the desk charged the full amount on our creditcard, while we already paid part of the stay when booking online. He could not undo his action, but promised he will send the money back by post (very strange). On the other hand I must honestly say, that there were also other employes in the hotel who were much more friendly. " - Anonymous

"Easy to find and a short distance by car to the Disney parks. Breakfast was pretty basic but overall this hotel represented value for money." - Anonymous

"Bathroom in need of upgrade, lots of mould around seals. Got locked in room had to call reception to let me out! Smelt of drains along corridors." - Anonymous

"This hotel was excellent and very friendly, after contacting them to let them know we would be arriving after reception was closed they were very heplful and arranged for us to have our room, they were very accommodating also very close to Disneyland resort Paris. " - toni rideout
