"the hotel was clean enough and the continental breakfast was ok. however, we were disappointed that there were no laundry facilities- Like others who have been on holidays for more than a few days, we were in need of laundry services- the desk clerks could not even direct us to a laundromat. i mentioned to my husband that this hotel was no more than a motel. we usually stay where there are laundry facilities, and we will not be staying at this hotel again." - Anonymous

"Booked hotel as described as 15mins drive from The Falls(they forgot to add on the extra 30 mins) so as long as you are happy with this, room was very clean and spavious. Although we booked non-smoking, room stank of stale smoke!!!Breakfast is supplied but is VERY basic so don't expect much more than a coffe and toast!" - Avril Millar

"The hotel rooms were fine & the staff were friendly & fairly helpful. The worst problem was the breakfast room. It was just a converted bedroom so was very crwded, hot & stuffy. All the dinnerware was disposable which wasn't nice & there were no highchairs for babies. Also, they did not have any baby cribs so our baby has to sleep on a mattress on the floor which they charged us 10 dollars a ight for!! " - Anonymous
