Getting there:From Sydney, follow the highway through town. About 2.5km past the CBD pass under a railway bridge that looks like the Sydney Harbour Bridge and turn right at the next set of lights in to Park Beach Rd. Proceed 800m to our driveway on the left. From Brisbane, Turn left at the first traffic lights. Proceed 800m to our driveway on the left.
Check-in Procedure:Check in welcome from 12pm. Office opened from 7am to 8.30pm. If arriving after office hours, please call by 8pm to make arrangements for key pick up with the management.
Car parking:Adjacent to motel building. Off street parking and set down area available.

Clean and tidy and room was spacious and clean. was perfect as a stopover and kids loved the pool and spa

Each apartment has a queen bed in one bedroom, single bed and bunks in the second bedroom. The apartment contains a spacious lounge and kitchen/dining area and a separate bathroom, Austar TV and ceiling fans. We supply linen and towels. Suitable for a family of 5. 18 meter pool and hot spa in court yard.
Stayed here overnight on the way to the gold coast. A reasonable basic place to stay. The room was a little small and out of date, but for the price you couldnt expect to much. The only downside was that the air conditioner was broken and in a 40 degree day would have been handy to have.
Managing staff friendly and helpful. Room was generally clean and comfortable. Although several blocks from the beach, we could hear the surf at night. Adequate off-street parking a plus. Cost typical for Coffs Harbour.
Comfort Inn Park Beach was very clean, very good price and everybody who work there were very friendly.We were pleased to stay there.
A reasonable basic place to stay, especially for the reduced last-minute rate. Good for families because of the pool, but this makes it noisy for others. A quiet position, off the road, but people in next door units are easily heard.

Lovely unit - clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and we'd certainly stay there again. We didn't get to try out the spa or sauna, but they looked good too!

I was amazed at how clean and modern the unit was that we stayed in. With a large family we often find it hard to find affordable clean facilities. The service was lovely and they were very friendly. Would recommend to anyone wanting time out or as a stop over

We ordered 2 rooms, a separate room for each couple, one room was quite large and very comfortable, the other room in comparison very small and definitely not as comfortable.
A small room with an inadequate bathroom. May suit a single occupant for an overnight stay but for a couple we found it tight and regretted having booked it for our stay. Apart from tea making facilities,we had no other equipment or means of preparing a snack in our room.
Good for those need a short stay/ rest before continue your driving trip.
Good comfortable stop.
There was a big difference in the quality of the same type of room. Some appeared to be more recently redecorated. Ours resembled the inside of a 1960's caravan. Not the standard I expected of a Comfort Inn.
The comfort Inn was great value for money. You can't go wrong. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. I would recomend this motel to families looking for somewhere nice to stay.
