"Great new building, smart rooms. TGreat facilities in kitchenette rooms - everything you need. Tiled floors - good in summer but cold in winter and hard for kids to play on. Good location in inner west. Staff a bit busy at reception - it was a concert night tho!" - Michael Hanlon
"Room Service shouldn't wake you up every morning - do not disturb signs would be good idea and quieter staff. Yelling floor to floor tends to wake guests pretty abruptly!
