The Comfort Inn Logan is located approximately three miles from Logan International Airport (with free transfers) and four miles from downtown. Even though we were only there for a short time on a stopover flying from Azores to Arizona, we enjoyed the hotel and great restaurant on the premise which was nice since it was raining.
The website would have me believe that parking is included during my trip. I also got no points during my stay for registering through a travel site - I would NOT do it again. It is better to go through the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the free shuttle service to the airport and subway. Pleasant staff.
The hotel held our bags until check in time for free. The help were friendly and assisted us in tour and subway information. The shuttle took us to the subway which was great. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel so we didn't have to travel for supper.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service (which runs 24 hours) was awesome! The bedsheets did smell a bit funny though, not the crisp and clean kind of smell at other hotels. But, the room was very clean. I also found it a little strange that I didn't get any cell phone service (AT&T) so I was unable to call anyone on my phone. I'm not sure if it was just my phone or the carrier. I would have liked to know that beforehand because it was a bit inconvenient not to be able to make or receive any calls/texts. I even went outside of the building, but there was no cell service either.
The hotel was a quick and easy trip from Logan. The inside is beautiful and the room was fresh and clean. However, they gave me a handicapped-equipped room, which I wouldn't have minded, except that I'm 5'11" and the shower was very short and uncomfortable for me. Breakfast was great.
when planning our business trip to Boston I got online and looked up the hotels and locations. This hotel is an excellent place to stay. The hotel shuttle was already at the airport when I called the hotel and said we were ready to picked up. The shuttle was so convenient to take you to the airport train station then use the public transportation when touring Boston. The staff was all friendly and helpful the breakfast was very good, and the transportation drivers were very nice. Overall a great place to stay when visiting Boston.
The hotel was fine. Clean and quiet. There wasnt any room to park in hotel parking but they made arrangements next door to get a place that wasnt far from the hotel. The rooms we got wasnt anything special, but did the job. We got in late and left early so didnt get to take advantage of any services.
Good service and close to the airport. Quite and good food. For a quick stay it worked very well.

The reason we booked this hotel was its free airport and train station shuttle. However, we were very disappointed in the huge amount of time we spent (sometimes almost an hour) waiting for it to pick us up. The drivers were nice, but the front desk employees were slow to respond, didn't always answer the phone, and misinformed us about the shuttle wait times. They seemed too busy to deal with us.
The location is away from the city centre but the hotel provides free shuttles to the airport and train station making it easy to commute into the city and they have the hop-on hop-off tour bus call at the hotel to pick up anyone wanting to take a tour which makes the hotel easy to stay at.
This was a perfect hotel at the perfect price! We brought our two year old son for our first big-city trip, and found this hotel to be the best choice. The breakfast was wonderful and full of great choices like waffles, fruit and oatmeal. The shuttle dropped us off at the airport station where it was just two quick "T" stops to downtown. We LOVED our trip, and the Comfort Inn played a big part in that.
good value hotel
Having stayed in many Hotels around the world, I was expecting at most a clean room for the two nights that I was staying in Boston. WAS I SURPRISED!! Everything was amazing. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful to all customers and also to each other which made the atmosphere in the hotel really positive. The rooms where spotlessly clean as well. Breakfast was complimentary and ok but still nice (Excellent if you're into continentals). And to top it up there was a complimentary bus to the Subway every half an hour. If yo wanted o return to the hotel, you'd simply phone a free phone number and they'd pick you up as well. ANd to top it up, there was a fantastic pool and restraruant there as well. Finally, there was complimetary tea, coffe and juices through out the day. First time writing about a hotel on one of these things. Simply amazing!!
Great location with shuttle to airport. Nice Mexican restaurant closeby. Good breakfast. Highly recommended. Good value.
