"This is a comfortable and well located place to stay. The parking is secure and cheaper than most other places in the same range. Be prepared to shop elsewhere for food though so for those without cars its not so handy to supermarkets for example. Two weaknesses a) the fact that the lift is a small, moody goods lift so not great for children for example - but better than no lift. Secondly, the creaking floors (not concrete floors) can lead to noise either from someone above you or hallway or in your apartment! Friendly though and helpful approach. " - Anonymous
