Getting there:From Launceston/Airport/Ferry Terminal: Take the city centre exit from Victoria Bridge. At traffic lights turn right into Formby Rd. Follow Formby Rd until you arrive at the roundabout (1 block past McDonalds). Turn right at roundabout, follow river to the mouth, continue around the bend then turn left into North Fenton St. The motel is approximately 100m on the left hand side. From Burnie: Take the last exit into Devonport (city centre exit), turn left into Formby Rd. Follow Formby Rd until you arrive at the roundabout (1 block past McDonalds). Turn right at roundabout, follow river to the mouth, continue around the bend then turn left into North Fenton St. The motel is approximately 100m on the left hand side.

Great hotel and fantastic location. Good to stay at if you are travelling on the spirit of tasmania. And we are going back to stay again Saturday night.
the motel was comfortable and the heating was very good. The electric blanket on the bed was lovely as it was 5 degree one night so very much appreciated.
We found the staff extremely pleasant and our room and the dining room very clean and well maintained. Will stay there again if the opportunity arises.
