"I booked this hotel at very short notice. Great location - a 10 minute walk to the London Eye and not far away from the Vauxhall Tube and overground. A 30 minute walk along the Thames to Embankment and not much further to the West End. Room always clean but carpets needed replacing (which I think they were doing whilst I was there). "This hotel has the smallest bath shower area I have seen. It measures 1' by 2' and not recommended for heavily built persons. The hotel has just 5 TV channels in the room, very unlike what you get elsewhere. Except for the towel the hotel does not provide any toileteries, not even soap or shower. The hotel does not have any drycleaning service and hardly any space to hang your clothes. The location is excellent, but for the price you pay you will expect better ameneties." - Anonymous
