This was a nice small hotel in a great location and staff were friendly and efficient. As we were out walking all day we just wanted somewhere cheap and well situated to stay and for this reason the hotel was a good choice. One word of caution, it is located on a very busy street so it could be noisy and busy. Also rooms and beds are extremely small.
The rooom was the smallest hotel room we've ever had - we had to stack our cases to close the door - the en suite was almost the same size as the room. The location was very good close to many restaurants, the Sorbonne and the Gardens.
Enjoyed staying at this hotel, the staff were friendly, the room was compact & cosy and the location was fantastic with many bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Beware when the facilities mention parking however, this means that there is a public car park 10 minutes walk away which charges about €20 per day.
I have stayed at this hotel twice and I rate it very highly for friendly competent service. The hotel is in an excellent area in the Latin Quarter and surrounded by good quality restaurants and cafes. Rooms are well maintained and comfortable. I will probably return there again in the future and can highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable hotel in an area popular with tourists.
This hotel is wonderfully situated in a great corner of Paris. Our room was very small and too warm at night, so the fan that was supplied was handy (no air conditioning). The hotel is spread over 2 buildings and our room was in the rear section and thus really quiet.
The double room was very small, the double bed was just a 4ft,the shower was great, room was clean, dont think i would stay there again unless they could come up with a larger room, i suppose you get what you pay for.
Hotel is situated in Rue Mouffetard, which is in a pleasant district near to St Michel. It has a lot of good restaurants within a few metres. Rooms are small, street is lively causing some noise at night. Hotel staff friendly.
This was my tenth trip to Paris, and for the fifth time I stayed in the Latin quarter. No doubt-this is the best location ever! Rue de Mouffetard is a street with 1 km of restaurants on both sides! Very charming street! Low prices also, compared to what you find further north in the Latin quarter (around Notre Dame) Very friendly staff (it isn`t always so in Paris....). The rooms are a little bit small though..
Although quite small rooms, they are clean and renovated recently. The location is really good, at the heart of Paris' Quartier Latin and near all touristic hot spots. The hotel is in a street with a bustling night life. Because of that, the rooms on the front side of the hotel - looking at the Rue Mouffetard - are really much too noisy; we were unable to sleep in one of such rooms. On request we were allocated for the 2nd night a room looking on a inner-court, without any noise from the street - in which we slept very well
very friendly and accommodating staff... room a little small at first but got used to it, excellent location..... most heartily recommend
Good location, small but clean and quiet room, helpfull staff
Nice small hotel in the perfect location
Location was great but the size of the room was astonishingly small. I had to move the bed to either open the bathroom door or open the closet (if you could call it that) door. The room decor was old and outdated but the room was clean. The location was great with lots of restaurants. Its ok if you don't mind a somewhat depressing room.
Perfect location for exploring Latin Quarter and city centre. Rooms small but so much to do we only used it for resting. Grear range of restaurants within walking distance. Hotel service was friendly and bilingual. We will use it again.
Lucky I arrived before the really hot weather arrived but even so the hotel provided a fan to cope with the summer weather. The hotel is set in a village like location and that means that there is plenty of eateries to choose from as well as otehr outlets like butchers, min supermarkets, a laundry, plenty of fruit outlets, cheese, wine and great access to the main attractions - within walking distance too. The breakfast was available ealier than most and was a good selection. Overall, I would stay there again if I had to worry about budget and appreciated the assistance from the front desk.
Reception bilingual and very helpful and friendly. Surrounded by reasonably priced eateries.
The hotel is very small and private in an excellent location in a guiet street in the left bank district of Paris. There is a good selection of reasonably priced restaurants and bars in the area.
The hotel is very small and very friendly. The location in the Latin Quarter is excellent - a very lively street, five minutes from the metro station. An important advantage for me - wireless internet connection on all rooms. I plan to return to this hotel in the future.
