I do not recommend this hotel to friend as the location is not convenient to visitors in Busan.

hotel not on the beach, near down town. room amenities they give only skin lotion, and sampoo. for other for 5 star hotel offer they have to charge, body cleaning tooth plate, lazor everything charge with high price, I stay all 5 star hotel around the world. Only hotel made me upset about that. Internet charge very expensive. this is my wrong choice. T T I was stay room number 809. Breakfast very good.

The cocktail bar was a great place to have a drink. It would be good to have coffee sachets in the room too.

Air Condition turned off. Keeping window open, room warm and humid in the night. Poor TV programmes selection, only one (CNN) in English Service in Hotel's Restaurants and Bar of very low quality (waited 15 min. for a wine bottle to arrive, all personel is looking in any other direction than the clients', no napkins on the table and nobody around to ask for, etc) Food quality (in Yi restaurant) poor quality (first time that I found bones in a salmon file!); All in all, the very high price does not provide a high quality of service.

Wonderful staff and friendly service. They really helped us out. The hotel is more geared for Japanese travelers, but we were warmly welcomed and provided for.
