Place is very slightly dated but is very clean and tidy.
Room I had was fitted with a flatscreen that turned everything green but other then that I can't fault the place.

The Hotel is perfectly located, with fantastic views overlooking the City Park, and just 3 minutes walk to the mall with a great selection of cafes and shops. We are also very close to Aurora Stadium. It is City location with out all the noise associated with it!
The hotel also features a popular bar and our brand new Restaurant 13 has exclusive sweeping views over the City Park. Come and try our new tantalising dinner menu and our selection of Tasmanian wines, with something to please everyone. Restaurant 13 is open 7 Days for Breakfast and Dinner. Room Service is also available. |

From Launceston Airport:
Turning right out of Launceston airport onto Evandale Road, travel along until your reach the mayor 2 lane roundabout. Go straight ahead and follow the A8 highway all the way into the centre off town. Take a right turn off into Brisbane Street at the Irish Murphys Pub. Drive around the mall by going left into Charles Street, then right into Patterson Street, then your second right into George Street then left back into Brisbane Street. Follow Brisbane Street along until you reach the City Park, and we are located just opposite the Park on the right hand side.
From Hobart:
Follow the same direction as above once you reach the A8 highway into town. |
