"This hotel is in a great location right in the heart of the city, between the new and old towns. The town is small so you can walk everywhere. The service was great - the reception staff tried to help out where they could with directions etc. The hotel was renovated in Jan 2009 so everything is very modern and clean. The buffet breakfast was included in our price, it had lots on offer and was a good standard. I would recommend this highly." - Elena Mountain
"Make sure you get an external room, i.e. one facing the street. For the first two nights we stayed in a room facing a light shaft and it was absolutely appalling: it was tiny and you could hear all noises echoing from the other rooms facing the light-shaft. Also, it was mosquito-infested. Upon our request, we moved to a room facing the street and, although noisy, it did not have the problems associated with the inner room. Overall, the hotel has a great location and the staff is very friendly and helpful, just watch out which quarter you get!" - Sascia Grillo
"Wow!! Super facility with a fabulous location. The staff spoke about as much English as we spoke Spanish but they bent over backwards trying to understand our requests and were extremely accomodating. I would definately stay here again if in the area." - John Young
