Concord Callao Hotel By Temporary Apartments Buenos Aires

No phone service apart from via prepaid cards. Good location. Fittings low quality and getting a bit worn. Size of apartment OK. Generally pretty good. Breakfast included very basic, a couple of small hard croissants at the nearby restaurant.

It is a good hotel. I would say is more than a average hotel. It has good location, the place is safety.

a fairly good choice as less expensive than a hotel in this area with the same facilities (pool, etc) - however, i did not have access to internet in my room and had to use the offices of Temp Apartments, which was a little inconvenient, although the staff were all friendly and helpful. the quality of the room was quite good but the sheets were a cheap synthetic material (not cotton) and i think they should have been better quality.

Good alternativ to a hotel. Spacious rooms. Nice garden with pool. Close to may shops, reatsurant and 2 min. to underground station

I think that Concord Callao is your best election when you have no interest at breakfast or lunch. I have been resently there and you have the best location to shoping malls, and boutiques neer Santa Fe. The room is excelent my wife and 2 little sons have been exating in the apartament.

Centrally located, spacious and clean studio with well equiped kitchen. However traffic noise was continuous and walls thin so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Probably a bit overpriced but so were other places I stayed at. Staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English. I would stay here again.

In the Recoleta area, these are simple, inexpensive accommodations. If you seek luxury, this is not for you. The front door is always locked with a guard at the desk. This is NOT a hotel. Don't expect hotel amenities. The swimming pool and lawn are a big plus. We appreciated the incredible helpfulness of the staff, especially Romina and Sol who speak fluent English. They and their staff are happy to make phone calls, arrange for tours, give restaurant suggestions, and assist with travel arrangement. There are numerous cafes within walking distance. Negatives include the dingy hallways and stairwell which are in need of updating . The water is brown because of the BA water system. It was a short walk to the Recoleta Cemetery, a few blocks to the subway, and for trips to the Puerta Madero, take a taxi We highly recommend The Concord Callao and would return again. It's clean, the staff are friendly, the location is superb and the price is right.

I used this apartment hotel from 9/5 - 9/10. It is in a great location just a block from Santa Fe Ave. So you are in the heart of Recoletta area. Checking in - since there are residents in the same building, you have to go to the 5th floor to check-in at the management office. They will give you the keys to the apt, and some basic information about the area. They speak Spanish and English which helps the process for some travellers. The apartments are very clean and furnished nicely. I requested a room with internet, and they were able to accomodate the request. I would certainly stay here again. I am thinking about reserving a room for New Years week. Cost - The price for a room isn't too high, but it isn't low either. Though, I think it is a perfect location and the sleekness of the apartments makes it worth the cost. I need to stay a few extra hours on the last day for an additional charge of $30 dollars. Very pleased with the room and location. Will stay again.

Pleased with the quality of the apartment--I enjoy minimal decoration style. My only comment on the dark side relates with the administration--messy. They really need to look at the way they are doing things in the 508 office. However, you can live with it since they are very nice and helpful. I thank Sol for her kindness.

After the confusion of finding reception my apartment surprised me by how clean and well appointed it was. The location was within walking distance of everything.

Really nice apartments in a fantastic area. Though, water was not all that hot, the staff were lacking in their helpfulness and friendlyness. Housekeeping would often walk in without knocking- could be a tad embarrassing if you are starkers. Has a great pool, with gym, sauna and spa.
