"The room costs included a free buffet breakfast that we didn't know about. It was a lovely surprise in the morning when we rang for room service and they informed us. The food was delicious.
The night desk staff were lovely and friendly when I got back late and asked that all went well and that I was safe.
I had a few problems with processing my payment but the staff at the Concorde were very understanding and sorted it out quickly for me.
The stay was only short but very enjoyable. I will love coming back to the Concorde in the future." - Anonymous
