"not a 5 stars, a 3 stars at the best.
Furniture worn (holes in the sofa), dark corridors, no complimentary cofee / tea bag, no water boiler, no safety box, no internet.
The hotel looked deserted.
Nice view on the lake, the only asset.
Completly overpriced. " - Anonymous

"This hotel may have been closer to a 5 star about 20 years ago when the decor was in fashion and the hotel wasn't in need of a complete renovation as it is now.
The exterior paint of the hotel is flaking off. The room was comfortable and clean, but the bathroom looked like it was built in the 1960's. It was old with grime ingrained in the grouting between the tiles, and the sink leaked onto the floor.
As for the balcony, a major selling point for me as I like to sit outside in the evening, it was big but completely empty. Not even a plastic chair to sit on, and the light didn't work.
In addition to this, the hotel was almost deserted (at peak time). The main bar was closed by 11pm as there were no customers.
The advertising blurb about this hotel is seriously misleading. I would feel guilty about claiming this as a 3 star hotel, never mind the 5 star super deluxe status they claim.
If you can book it for less than 70 USD p/n it's probably worth it. It isn't worth any more." - Philip Walker
"The only problem was when we placed an order for room service utilizing the breakfast menu. After three attempts with three different people, the order was still wrong, along with the price. It was all because we didn't speak Korean. Something I'm trying to improve! Otherwise, great hotel. " - Dean Farr
