Concorde Hotel Milan

despite the fact that it located completely outside the city, but the staff were really friendly and offered us free ride to train station. it is located in a very quiet place.

Location is a long way from Milan close to Saronno. However transport links are good and it is convenient for Lake Como. Staff are very helpful, service is excellent

This hotel is located about 30 kilometres from the centre of Milan. It is four kilometres from Saronno. It is not ideal if you want to be near the tourist sights. It is certainly not a four star rated hotel by any means.

The hotel is very nice for a 3* hotel. Going to a 4* hotel you usually expect quite a bit more. Breakfast was very good, the room was clean, however entire hotel requires renovation. Our room was quite small for a triple room. The people from the staff team were very friendly and hardworking, though not always perfect in what they did.

My sister and I had a very unfortunate encounter with a Taxi driver but the gentlemen at the Concorde Hotel Saronno came to our rescue. They are the kindest and most help people we had the pleasure of meeting in Italy. Upon our return to Italy, we will choose the Concorde for all of our accommodations. Sergio Castella, the Direttore, went out of his way to assist us, as did the other gentlemen at the desk. They were patient, understanding and most courteous. We would rate their hospitality A+ and encourage all travellers to visit this lovely hotel.

The staff went out of their way to help us on more than one occassion during our brief stay. They seemed genuinely interested in ensuring that we enjoy ourselves, and were very pleasant and approachable.

The location is rated "good" because of the proximity and access to Malpensa airport.

A nice smaller hotel in a smaller area outside Milano. Relatively convenient (with a car) to Malpensa airport, which is why we stayed there. Nice that the desk person set out some breakfast for us earlier than normal so we could eat something before heading to our early morning flight.
