front desk staff need to be friendly when you check in

the hotel apartment are large and everything that you need is eve label in it it is near to all males and co_ops

everything was very good their and everything was neer to the hotel the airport and the malls the room was big and confer table i advise you to tray it

Very good value - the 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and very well appointed, with an excellent comfortable lounge area, two elegant and comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen containing more than we could use. Service was friendly and prompt. Alas we did not have time to try out the various facilities on offer. Breakfast was more than adequate.

Beautiful hotel with impecible service and we were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a wonderful suite, for no extra cost. Good buffet breakfast and good facilities too. Would definitely recommend.

excellent hotel and location.second time staying at this hotel.the only drawback is that the rooms werent cleaned as a general rule one had to request all the time like I did.Perhaps due to the financial crisis honey was not available with breakfast plus potatoes cut in wedges unavailable compared to last year.the staff serving breakfast should take a course in English otherwise better be kept in the main kithcen to do the washing up.All in all excellent hotel and location in general lines.

This hotel is exceptionally clean and and looks elegant. Service was good with all staff speaking english. The buffet breakfast was average but plenty there to keep you going until lunch if it is included in the price. If not, eat out and save some dollars. It was close enough to the City Centre Mall - 20 min walk. Be aware this is a family hotel. No alcohol or bars and definately no casual guests allowed. If you want a beer, the Moscow Hotel is a few minutes walk away. Be aware that ladies are in that bar there to provide certain services. The price to get in is 100DHS and includes a free drink. Beer is priced at 27DHS for a Bud. All in all, the Concorde is a very comfortable, relaxing, quiet, clean hotel. I recommend it for singles, families and couples who are seeking these attributes.

Great hotel. A bit far from shops and restaurants, but only a short taxi ride to these. Will definately return.

The business centre only opens at 09.00 and closes at 18.00. This is not good for business travellers who need the facility out of business hours. Also the ability to print copies of e-mails and other documents was poor.

Very nice hotel. Very spacious, EXCEPT the bathrooms. The bathrooms are very small - Paris size! One couldn't move properly! There are also no toiletries in the bathroom - bring your own showercap. There is 'n nice convenience store close by. They do room deliveries free of charge and is open till 3am. Close to the airport and shopping centres. The front desk was very helpfull and the breakfast was good.

We checked in early and the management found us a room before 9am which was a relief. We had a great view from our window and the breakfast was very good. The location worked out well for exploring the creek on foot and ferry; and there was a free bus ride to the Jumeira beach which was a bonus. The taxi ride from the airport was only 35AEDs. The swimming pool on the roof and health club were good and the staff very friendly but the water was challengingly cold. All in all we really enjoyed our stay (it was not the hotel's fault that Dubai traffic is gridlocked and the airport security and passport control is so off-putting - we had to leave at least an hour to work our way through these on arrival and when leaving).

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were absolutely wonderful, they were very helpful and no request was too much trouble. I would recommend this hotel.

We arrived at dawn and with check in time of l think around 12noon we were very pleased that staff organised room immediately at no extra charge. Room was good, breakfast good and staff friendly and helpful. Would go again.

AED660 for this 4 star hotel is really a good deal. Its a city hotel so no hotel grounds or garden but everything is spanking new and clean. Service is good although the bell boys don't exactly fall over themselves to help when my taxi arrived at the doorstep. But once you enter, they are really very helpful. Most places (except the beach which is 30 minutes away) are within 10 to 15 minutes drive. Taxis are plentiful. Most convenient. Its unlicensed but Hilton is just across the road. There's also a supermarket just across from the back road. If you want to relax by the beach, go Jumeirah. But if you're here to sight-see ans shop, this is good and inexpensive.

I guess this is a personal thing, but I don't like staff to be too pushy. eg. if I am carrying my small bag out and want to catch a cab, they get a bit pushy toward wanting to take itfrom me and organise the cab for me. I'm a little independant that way. Most of the staff realised this, but a couple didn't.
