"My sister and I had a very unfortunate encounter with a Taxi driver but the gentlemen at the Concorde Hotel Saronno came to our rescue. They are the kindest and most help people we had the pleasure of meeting in Italy.
Upon our return to Italy, we will choose the Concorde for all of our accommodations. Sergio Castella, the Direttore, went out of his way to assist us, as did the other gentlemen at the desk.
