"We booked the Premier Club Room at the Concorde and was very generously upgraded to the Premier Club Lounge Room. The room was fantastic, the location of the hotel on Orchard road was great and central to train/bus/shopping. The Premier Lounge facilities were fabulous, as were the staff. We would certainly stay there again should we have the opportunity to visit Singapore. We have expressed our appreciation via email to the Hotel for their service. I would also like to thank Hotelclub for the fantastic price offered for the accommodation. Very satisfied, on all counts. PS: Not sure about the [website] "Thank you" card, maybe that is the reason for the upgrade. It was nearly 1.00am when we checked in.
