Concorde Hotel Singapore

"The location is very good. Frst impresion is not so good because of the uniforms of the front desk staff. They were worn out not fitted and iron to a gloss. Not good at all. At the end we had some difficulties with the bill. It took some time to clear it. This is maybe of the lack of training? But the facilities are excellent." - Anonymous

"We booked the Premier Club Room at the Concorde and was very generously upgraded to the Premier Club Lounge Room. The room was fantastic, the location of the hotel on Orchard road was great and central to train/bus/shopping. The Premier Lounge facilities were fabulous, as were the staff. We would certainly stay there again should we have the opportunity to visit Singapore. We have expressed our appreciation via email to the Hotel for their service. I would also like to thank Hotelclub for the fantastic price offered for the accommodation. Very satisfied, on all counts. PS: Not sure about the [website] "Thank you" card, maybe that is the reason for the upgrade. It was nearly 1.00am when we checked in. "Location is excellent with the Concord Plaza below. Service was excellent very friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are great! It's a shame we didn't have breakfast included. I would definitely stay there again. The metro is close by too, only a 5 min walk." - Anonymous
