Concorde Hotel Singapore

I stayed at the Concorde hotel in early March this year for 3 nights. I found the location being on Orchard rd to be very convenient. Shops and places to eat are located close by as is public transport (MRT and buses). The hotel also had a gym which i used and had good range of machines/weights. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the tv had a good choice of channels. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is good, very closed to shopping center. The hotel lobby is on the third floor, very difficult to find the hotel lobby if access by walking. Room was not very clean, especially the carpet is old and a bit dirty. Price is pretty high, if don't need to stay in Orchard road, then with that money can stay in a more luxury hotel. Hotel was built long time ago, then everything seems very old.

Hotel Concorde in Singapore was the best Hotel we stayed at in our recent trip to Thailand,Myanmar and Singapore and we would have no reservation in recomending it to travelers. Proximity to main shopping, friendly and competent staff and facilities were the main features although it rates highly on all counts and We would stay there next time

I enjoy staying at Concorde hotel singpore, the service is good especially the staffs are very helpfull, from the time I enter the hotel's door, consierge, the reception (I event handled by the premier reservation desk) the room are cleaned, the only things that could be improved is the quality of the food... such as fruits is not so fresh, the teflon pan that use to cook the egg at the coffeeshop need to be change (wornout already maybe not good for health) thats all... but over all it is good

Considering the hotel is in Orchard it was not very noisy except for one night with very loud music, think it was a disco in another part of the building.

This is a great 4 star hotel with all the facilities you would expect. I will definitely stay at this facility again in the near future and would recommend it to anyone, especially being located in the centre of Orchard Road in the shopping precinct.

A bit disappointed with this hotel, we didn't have our room clean on our first day until we call the reception. The carpet smells, the basin and the toilet in our room didn't flush properly. The location is quite good as it's on Orchard road but we aren't going to stay there again.

A very nice hotel, in a very nice spot, despite the spooky shops downstairs. Pretty much worth the price.

Excellent service, complementary drink on arrival. All usual amenities . Glass interior elevators. Top end of Orchard Road.

I was very happy with the my stay at the Concord Hotel in Singapore.I will happily recommend it to other people visiting Singapore.The hotel was very clean,the staff courtious and very helpful and the location excellent.My only very small complaint is that I stayed in the hotel foyer for over an hour as I didn't want to spend all afternoon at the airport and I found the airconditioning in the foyer not as cool as in my hotel room.I will give the hotel 8 out of 10.

This is the third time I have stayed at the Concorde Hotel and have not ever been disappointed. Facilities were there, although I did not get to use them. The place was clean and the location and pricing were great. Will be back.

Internet connection expensive, hotel a little bit "tiered". Excellent idea to have a shower room available for late check-outs.

Good location, enjoyed my stay. Taxis were difficutlt to catch as the hotel does not have a street entrance.

good location . shopping , food court , massage , beer garden ect.... just outside the hotel . will stay concorde hotel my next visit to singapore .

I was pleasantly surprised by courteous staff, well appointed rooms at the executive floor level, and no-charge Internet access was most welcome bonus.

The location is very good. Frst impresion is not so good because of the uniforms of the front desk staff. They were worn out not fitted and iron to a gloss. Not good at all. At the end we had some difficulties with the bill. It took some time to clear it. This is maybe of the lack of training? But the facilities are excellent.

We booked the Premier Club Room at the Concorde and was very generously upgraded to the Premier Club Lounge Room. The room was fantastic, the location of the hotel on Orchard road was great and central to train/bus/shopping. The Premier Lounge facilities were fabulous, as were the staff. We would certainly stay there again should we have the opportunity to visit Singapore. We have expressed our appreciation via email to the Hotel for their service. I would also like to thank Hotelclub for the fantastic price offered for the accommodation. Very satisfied, on all counts. PS: Not sure about the [website] "Thank you" card, maybe that is the reason for the upgrade. It was nearly 1.00am when we checked in. We were rather tired so I cannot remember whether we did receive it or not, but thank you anyway!

Location is excellent with the Concord Plaza below. Service was excellent very friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are great! It's a shame we didn't have breakfast included. I would definitely stay there again. The metro is close by too, only a 5 min walk.

My wife and I could not fault any of the services provided by this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning on a trip to Singapore, the only drawback is the upgrade to the lower floors is progressing slow.
