We had a room which faced the backstreets of venice, which unfortunately were somewhat smelly with the windows open, but otherwise the hotel was fantastic. "rooms were very small, bathroom was very basic and very small, We had to change room 2 times because of various problems. TV were the smallest CRT TV set I ever saw. It's quite a shame for a "4" star hotel that charge more than 350 Euros a night for a very basic room. breakfast was good but they charge you if you want decent orange juice (the included one is same as powder-based juice!)" - Matthieu Hattab
