"The only major criticism I have of the hotel is that the air conditioning wasn't working. This was the case in our room and also our friends’ room as well. When we reported the problem to reception, we were told that the air conditioning system was faulty. But we were left with the impression that in fact it just wasn't turned on until later in the year. Disappointing and no alternatives were offered (fan etc.). Apart from that the location was fantastic, the rooms were clean and well equipped and the staff were friendly and polite." - Anonymous

The Beggiato family has been expertly running the hotel over three generations, adding its own tradition since the start of the 20th century when Mr. Tiberio Beggiato turned what was a small guesthouse into a renowned hotel. Ever since, the women of the Beggiato family have kept the family tradition alive, proficiently merging customs and innovation, tending to the premises as they tend to their homes.
