"I am impressed by one of the porter's service. After checking out, I approached him to ask him on how to take a cab from the hotel to the nearest A21 bus stop that goes to the airport. He took the initiative to take a map and explain to me that there are 2 possible locations that the cab can stop but only one of them allows cab to stop over. He followed us to the cab stand, waved a cab for us, and explained to the cab driver in cantonese where we want to go. My husband only has 2.5HKD change left for tips. He gave it to the porter who does not mind about the merger amount and said a loud clear appreciative 'THANKS'. He is a good example of good service i have ever experienced. " - Wan Sin Ng
