"This is a very nicely decorated hotel in a very pleasant place close to a metro station that is on the second line (the one deserving the prado etc.).
It faces a little square and you cannot hear the noise of the big street that is nearby. However the rooms insulation is very poor! We could hear our neighbours' TV, speaking and even snoring!
People at the reception were very nice.

"A very pleasant stay on short notice in Madrid. Relatively close to most of the cities noted activities without being too noisy at night. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful with English being spoken by most. Parking was in the way of street parking though this seems the norm for this part of the world.
