Peacefully located, yet near to the centre of Antwerp, these flats are both comfortably and practically furnished and are equipped with modern facilities, creating a homely feel. Condo Gardens Antwerpen is situated in a renovated warehouse, near to the city centre that can quickly and easily be reached by public transport. All of these practical apartments each have a full kitchen, bathroom and living room with TV, while most of the apartments also have a separate bedroom.

Studio

The 'studio flats' have a size of approximately 25 square metres. In all studio flats, the bed, living area and kitchenette are located in the same room. They contain a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. These flats have a maximum capacity of 2 persons. The flats contain maximum 1 double bed or 2 single beds. They are also equipped with a sofa and/or a large dining table. Studio flats are comfortably equipped with everything you might need during your stay. In the living area you may find a TV with cable connection. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 cooking plates, a micro wave, a spacious refridgerator and all cooking tools such as plates, knives and forks, glasses, a toaster and a water boiler. Everything has been provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A hair dryer, a scale, an iron and ironing board and a clock radio, you will find it in our studio flats!

Large Studio

The 'Large studio flats' have a size of approximately 30 square metres. In all studio flats, the bed, living area and kitchenette are located in the same room. They contain a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. These flats have a maximum capacity of 3 persons. The flats contain maximum 1 double bed or 2 single beds.
