We offer something completely different to a hotel: 56 very nice furnished flats (35-60 m²) with hotel service in a great renovated factory in the centre of Brussels. Every flat has its own fully equipped kitchenette with all utensils and a large fridge and microwave. Relax on a sofa, work at the desk or enjoy the TV. Most of the flats have a separate bedroom. The flats are ideal as a home-from-home for a convenient and economical stay in the centre of Brussels. On demand we can provide breakfast packages, while car parking is available (at an additional cost) and there is wireless broadband internet in the whole building.

Quite clean small apartments, however be aware that it's in the Gare du Nord district so you should not hang around late as the way from the train station / metro stop can be rather dangerous. The service is awful. Even if you inform them actively that you'll arrive late like 11pm, you get bawled out by the janitor once you are there. Of course, you don't get access codes for wifi nor the invoice: you have to come again in the morning... if there's someone at the reception. In summary, the worst hotel service experience in 10 years for me. Choose elsewhere.
Good location - just 20 minuts by foot to the center of city. Some room facilities should to be repaired/changed.
The 'studio flats' have a size of approximately 20 square metres. In all flats of this type, the bed, living area and kitchenette are located in the same space. They provide a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The studios have a maximum capacity of 1 person and contain a sofa and dining table with chairs. The studio flats are equipped very comfortably with everything you might need during your stay. In the living area you may find a TV with cable connection. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 cooking plates, a micro-wave, a spacious refridgerator and all cooking tools such as plates, knives and forks, glasses and a water boiler. Everything has been provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A hair dryer, a scale and a clock radio, you will find it in our studios!
