The 'budget flats' have a size of approximately 25 square metres. With all flats of this type, the bed, the living area and the kitchenette are located in the same space. You will also find a separate bathroom with shower and toilet in the flat. This flat provides every comfort. In the living area you will fidn a TV with cable connection and internet connection. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 cooking plates, a micro-wave, a spacious fridge and cooking tools such as plates, knives and forks, glasses, pots, a water boilet, etc. Everything has been provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A hair dryer and a clock radio, you will find it in our studios!

Single bedroom duplex studio

The 'one bedroom apartments' have a size of approximately 40 square metres. These cosy duplex flats have a separate bedroom on the second floor, where you will also find a desk, 1 double bed or max 2 single beds. These flats have a max capacity of 2 persons. The living area and kitchenette are located on the ground floor. You will find a separate bathroom with shower and toilet in the flat. The flats contain a sofa, dining table with chairs, a closet and decoration. These flats have been equipped very comfortably with everything you might need during your stay.
