Very nice hotel. away from the center but we had a car. Parking is free on the streets.
The people at the front desk were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us
It's very conveniet if you want to be by the airport. THe rooms was very clean and the staff was very helpfull. Only complaint would be there was no iron to use in my room or at the front desk. If I wanted clothes ironed I had to use their laundry service????
You can access Metro by taking bus 105 to Metro 5, very clean hotel, helpful front desk, clean spacious room, the outside view is nothing to celebrate but if you need something close to the airport and don't want to stay downtown, I highly recommend the hotel.
Breakfast poor to Average - and had lunch with work group at the restaurant - which was also poor to average - would stay again - but not eat there.
Nothing to complain about except the distance fr the nearest metro which is like 700m away. will stil come back again....value for money. The unlimited mini bar is awesome!!!
rooms were good, parking state run, NO Resturant, has tiny snackbar & bar combined. Nearest resturant too far to walk to. service was poor.
The one thing i would like to complain about is the facilities. The hotel did not have the room service they advertised. But I would like to rate the service as very good and the people in the reception as "the right people in the right place. Thanks for a pleasent stay.
I have stayed here before and liked it. Huge rooms and bathrooms compared to other hotels in Madrid. It is 10 minutes walk to the nearest underground station though which is the only down side. However, the walk is a good opportunity to walk off the lovely breakfast buffet.
We enjoyed our one night stay. It was further from the airport than we had anticipated but we had a lovely large room in this large modern hotel with all amenities. We had a cab booked for 5AM and because the restaurant wasn't open and our price included breakfast, the night desk clerk went to the kitchen and made us a sandwich, juice, water and fruit so that we would have full value.
The location of this hotel is great, it is close to the airport and a ten minute walk to the city center and only 25 minuteso on the metro to Gran Via. I would stay here again.

All of the staff were very, very, very good and helpful to me when trying to help me out due to my deafness. But they had ensured that my welcome was well deserved, as I throughly enjoyed my stay there. I would mostly DEFINETLY come back to this SAME hotel again, as I have throughly enjoyed it very much! Even it was very easy for me to extend my stay with them, as I have managed to extended my stay with them for few more days. However, this HOTEL is very brilliant, and in overall, I was well impressed, especially with the room serice, and the cleaners, i had enjoyed having wee chat and rapport with them!
Excellent motel, with free, high speed internet access in your room. Just ask for a cable at reception for your laptop. Breakfast was very good, and the staff helpful.
