"Well situated. Just across the road (10 min. walk) from the Ciudad de Artes & Scienes & Oceanografic.
Stupid street level entrance - we rang the bell for them to open the entrance door's for between 5 & 10 minutes!! - the hotel reception is on the 4th. floor accessed by lift from the street level.
Aqua 3 was closed so we were accomodated in Aqua 4 at no extra cost.
The boiler broke early on the 2nd day - no hot water & no apology.

"On my booking form i was told that there was a free mini bar (soft drinks) - this turned out to be 1 bottle of mineral water - hardly a free mini bar was it. " - Marcus Donnellan
"This hotel is well situated for the City of Arts & Sciences but far from the centre of Valencia. However, there are frequent buses to the centre of town.
The hotel is above a shopping centre with a good choice of restaurants, cafes, a supermarket and a cinema. The well known "Il Corte Ingles" department store is opposite the hotel and is worth a visit." - Anonymous
