This sober, comfortable hotel is very easy to get to. It is located in Madrid´s Chamartin district, close to Avenida de América and the Barrio de Salamanca district, with easy access to the M-30 ring road, Madrid Barajas Airport and the Recinto Ferial Juan Carlos I Convention Centre. All of the modern rooms at the Confortel Suites Madrid have air-conditioning and central heating as well as en suite bathrooms. We had booked another hotel and were so unhappy with it that we went to an internet cafe and booked Confortel Suites literally an hour before turning up. They were wonderful!! The staff were friendly, the rooms were amazing - recently renovated and very funky! Very close to numerous shops and a train station that takes you straight into town. Some English news chanels and WIFI in the rooms. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
This hotel is very close to the Bus & train. Plenty of shops and places to eat just outside the door. We stayed in building 3 which is away from the mail road. Breakfast is good for a european hotel. The room is average size with a large bathroom. We would stay in this Hotel again.

Nice hotel with big clean rooms. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. A bit out of the city centre but worth it. Would stay here again.
Great hotel with big room, free internet & mini bar, location is very close to Metro.
This hotel is not in the centre of Madrid. It is about 20-25 mins from the centre by metro, however, it is only 30 yards from a metro station and it is very easy to get around from here. It is in a residential/business area - not the party zone, however, it can still be quite noisy with traffic on the street at night. Aside from this, though, it is a very comfortable hotel.

Nice to have a toothbrush and shaving kit provided - but why no shower cap? And the hair dryer only works at tornado speed? Bit more focus on women travellers would be nice. Otherwise: fine. Nice decor, friendly staff, convenient location, nice big rooms
Good and comfort hotel, near Metro station and so, to reach center is easy. Nice staff.
The hotel was pristine if a little soulless. The girl at the bar was very nice and polite as were the crew at reception. The lack of food being served i found a bit strange, something to do with it being new years eve. the lack of room service at weekends was disappointing. still though, nice place to stay and handy for the metro
Staff were very helpful and assisted in ensuring events were on while we were there. There was some building work going on while we were there which meant the lobby could be quite busy at certain times but it did not disturb our stay.
