Congress Hotel South Beach

Nice big comfortable modern rooms with big bath. The entrances were on the sides of the buiiding with a sophisticated self entrance system,,, so no grand lobby. However, breakfast that came with the deal was in front outside with good staff and food. All in all more like 3 1/2 stars.

Staff was friendly, bed was great, bathroom had an amazing bath-tub, location right in-front of the ocean...for that price and that location, a very nice surprise.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times my answer is the same. It is a good hotel. I would recommend to others. The rooms are like suites.

This is a wonderful location for anyone going to South Beach. Right in the middle of all of the action. Can be very noisy and hectic. As close to the beach as you can get.

One cannot beat the location. Personnel was very friendly and extremely helpful. Valet parking is a plus, however, at $ 35.0 per night a bit pricey. Vouchers for breakfast were appreciated, but since the Atlantic Rest. does not open until 8.30am and this was a business trip, only 2 of 5 vouchers could be used. The elelvator in the building broke down, one had to use the stairs, which was ok., but security was not given, since the backdoor was kept unlocked.

Location is fantastic and the rooftop pool was great. We had issues with housekeeping, they came very late everyday, we had to call them persistantly sometimes to even come to make our room up at all. We also had a camera go missing from our room and the way the situation was handled was not very helpful or proffessional and did not seem to be of any concern to the reception staff or housecleaning management. On the first night we had a problem with the plug in the bath, someone came to look at it but said there was no maintenace available at that time and they would come tomorrow, they never came... Great Location!

Found it difficult to find a s the hotel address was 1052 and it is set over various numbers from 1024! Once found this hotel was brillant.

This was a great choice for our 5-day holiday in SOuth Beach. Perfectly located, great size room. Yes nights were loud till 2 am or later, but it was the World Music Conference time and things were hopping. In any event, we were there for the night life. Would definitely stay again.

It was a bit noisy due to the construction going on next door. No self-parking but parked in a car park building behind it for 24USD per 24 hours.

A nice place to stay with kids.

Hotel is located in a central position on Ocean Drive right in the centre. The hotel is split into 3 sections and the rooms are modern contemporary and smart, however the build quality is a bit weak. The Ocean view junior suite we had was good layout but you need a a long neck to see any water! $25 a night for parking (valet only) was a bit steep. Hotel facilities were a bit limited, however overall a good stay. There was a massive amount of construction work right outside our window on the road and adjoining hotel for the 3 day duration that started at 06.45 that detracted from the stay (not really the hotels fault!)

We were upgraded to a suite and it was very comfortable and fully equiped with kitchenette and extremely large bathroom. The hotel is directly across from the beach and the location of Ocean drive perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located along the Sobe strip. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooftop pool has best view of the beach.
