"It was a god-save to just be able to walk straight from the airport terminal and arrive at your hotel in 3 minutes. The hotel had a really cool design, was friendly and the breakfast was good. The room and shared bathroom facilities were spotless. Connect Hotel Skavsta is situated at Skavsta Airport outside of Nyköping, only 75 metres from the airport terminal.
The hotel has 145 rooms of various sizes, from Quick Sleep Rooms for the budget-conscious to fully furnished Business Rooms with balconies.
The hotel’s location and the spacious, contemporary design of the building makes it an ideal hotel for business travellers and families alike.
In The Living Room , which is a glass-enclosed 500 m² area measuring up to 13 metres from floor to ceiling , you find a wide indoor balcony sitting 6 metres above ground. The Living Room area also houses the hotel’s reception and restaurant.
The hotel corridors are named after different cities; each corridor has its own colour and theme, and is lined with vintage photos.
Connect Hotel prides itself on having integrated environmental awareness into its daily routines. The hotel is heated using geothermal heating in combination with solar cells. In addition to this, the heating is adjusted to the level of occupancy; the rooms are automatically shut down when the guest leaves his room.
The hotel breakfasts and dinners are made using mainly organic produce. Organic coffee is available in The Living Room 24 hours a day.

Getting there by car:
Stockholm Central – Skavsta
Starting from Vasagatan, drive over Centralbron which keads you into Söderleden which in turn leads you onto Johanneshovsbron . Stay on Johanneshovsvägen until you take the righthand exit to Huddingevägen (226). Stay left on Södra Länken (73) for about 3 kilometres. Stay left on Årstalänken and follow the signs towards Helsingborg to get to the E4/E20. Continue on the E4 for 60 kilometres.
