I selected this hotel because of low price and claimed proximity to the Bangkok airport (claims 5 minutes from airport, actually 10 minutes). Ten minutes is not bad, but their shuttle leaves only once per hour, on the half hour (i.e., 4:30, 5:30, etc.), which required that we leave the hotel at 5:30 am for an 8:30 am flight. The hotel restaurant is sub-par for Thailand, and one would need a taxi to get to another restaurant. There is nothing close to this place, so one is more or less captive to the onsite restaurant. For people like us, about to leave the country, the exchange rate of U.S. dollars for Thai Baht was terrible, (27 Baht when the official rate is over 30, a 10% charge), and they were either unable or unwilling to provide dollars in change. Still, the people were friendly, with barely enough English to make communication work, and the place was clean.
I can recommend for those late to arrive in airport or has to transfer to other destination. Rate is cheap and reasonable. Beside they have free shuttle van from and to airport. This is great!

For a quick overnight, you can not beat price or location. Great breakfast if you include with room. Yum, fresh Thai fruit! WIFI, too!
Near the airport. We stay there only for one night for our next flight. Transportation to the airport was very and fast.

Definitely convenient to the airport and nothing else. Shuttle transfer was great though you have to ask around to find it. Rooms were clean yet quite basic. I would recommend for late arrival or transfer stop only.
Just stayed here from 8am - 8pm, we preferred to book into the hotel for the day instead of spending a whole day in the airport. Staff were friendly, checked in and out was quick and a five minute drive to/from the airport. No frills at all, but good if you just need a rest before/after/inbetween flights.
We have stayed at the Convenient Resort on 2 occasions during overnight transfers in Bangkok. It is basic facilities on the cheapest rate but adequate and very convenient for a quick stopover. Nowhere near anything except the Airport but free transfers make it very affordable. The little Resaurant at the hotel is typical Thai and offers good food at a reasonable price. suited our needs for a overnight stay close to airport
The hotel is probabaly the cheapest hotel you can find around the airport area. Ideal for late arrivals or early flights. It is good the hotel has an airport pick up service. Otherwise, guests will struggle to find where it is. The room is fairly big but spartan.
The hotel is in a very good location if you need to be close to the airport to stay overnight between flights. Airport transfer was included in the price, which was great! The room was clean, and staff were very friendly and polite. I would definitely stay there again under similar circumstances!
The room they assigned me had not been cleaned as the bedsheets had not been changed. Must have been some miscommunication on having the room ready.
Near airport. Good location, if you need to stay only 1 night for waiting your next flight. Far from city. For us it would be better if bearfast is included in room price.
The hotel have a very bad smell and not that close to the airport either, its about 10minutes drive, but cheap price thought and good service. Will never stay in that hotel again.
Handy to airport for a short stay, a bit far from the city, I will happily use it again.
