Copenhagen Island Hotel

Definitely one of the best hotels Copenhagen has to offer! Great service and excellent facilities! Highly recommended!

It is good in general except that it would be even better if there is water boiler or something like that in the room, then I can make hot tea.

service good until check out when a grumpy elitist patronised us. The hotel is modern and impressive. It would be nice to have some coffee and tea available without having to expend 100's through room service.

Please note that the "Best room rate" rate does not include the breakfast (although it is not expressly stated). I thought that the breakfast was included in my room rate, but it wasn't. Therefore, in my opinion room pricing was too high (if breakfast was included, it would be OK). The hotel and the room are well-designed and look good, athough the room is small and not very convenient. The storage space is insufficient (there is not a single drawer in the room), so we had to keep all our stuff in the suitcases. That's fine for a one or two days stay, but if you are going to stay in Copenhagen longer, choose another hotel. The great thing about this hotel is free WiFi in all the rooms.

Great new hotel. - The only point of complainet would be the curtains, which are of a modern sliding kind, that cannot keep the early daylight out of the room (not good if you are trying to get through a time difference)

Good, clean and modern hotel. The room is nice and closely located to the city center (1,2 km towards the central station). There is a metro station nearby with a lot of trains every 2 minutes.

This hotel is situated about 5 minutes walk from the railway station and next door to a shopping centre with lots of cheap places to eat. The hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was first class. Would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Copenhagen Island is located on a quiet/peaceful island about 10-15mins walk from Central Station and Tivoli garden. It has amazing water views. There's a train station about 2 mins walk from the hotel and takes you to most attractions in Copenhagen. There's also a big shopping mall right next to it. The hotel room was spotless and modern. We were there for just 1 night and our booking included a 2 course dinner. The food was just average, be-ware when ordering drinks. We were charged 110 DKK for a bottle of water, unreasonably expensive!!! The hotel offered free WIFI, but the connection was poor from our room. It was a lot better if you use the internet in the lobby. Staff were friendly and speaks perfect English.

Hotel is new and the room was clean. However, the room was small, somewhat squeeze. We got a room with a view on the boulevard, not on the water and breakfast was not included. Location is off-center but not really far from center. Not a bad hotel but for that price, breakfast should have been included.

The hotel was very nice and the staff very helpful, the rooms where warm. the bathroom was very nice too, would stay again.

the design of the hotel is very nice the only to two things that don't work are: it's located pretty off the center and the beds are really bad.

An excellent hotel closely located to train links

A very modern hotel, lacking in character. Staff were attentive to our needs.

Great hotel, very new. Pleasant helpful staff. River view room look staight onto a building site. If catching the train from the airport, change at Central station to Dubblesbro, it's alot closer than walking from Central. 15 minute walk to the Tivoli, or catch the train, 2 minutes away to Central station.

Exceptional design hotel well located about 30 min. walk (along a canal bordered with modern architecture) from city center. Very good breakfast buffet. You should seriously consider reserving a superior class room with a view on the canal.
