Its just a 10 minute walk into town, and the view is amazing to wake up to every AM. There's so much to do in the area if you like activities and plenty of excursions to take you all over the south island. Best of all, it's just a 10 min ride from the airport.
Excellent view of stunning Queenstown, probably seen from every room. Hotel is undergoing a bit of construction, but that didnt affect the experience. Would love to stay here again.

This is a good place to stay. Very clean and quiet. Pleasant staff and good service.
Very nice stay, and staff very friendly. We arrived earlier that expected and were able to take luggage to our room (3hrs earlier). Hotel had umbrella's available for use which was great, didn't have any wet weather gear etc. We would quite happily stay again.
The most stunning views of Queenstown lake from your very own bedroom and lounge balcony. Brilliant apartments would certainly recommend them.
Good place to stay,although ground floor has a bit more road noise than the upper floors - having said that, Im a light sleeper and still had a good nights sleep.

Stayed in twin king size bed room. Decor and bathroom in particular a bit tired but OK - one bed looked saggy- the one we slept in was OK. Nice to have a balcony. Short drive to town. Free under cover parking available.
Lovely sized rooms with great views of the city and surrounding area. Appreciated the "happy hour" in the hotel's bar, but felt let down by the delivery and taste of the cocktails provided.

a walk into town which is hilly but a very nice hotel with good staff.
Big spacious, clean rooms with great un-interrupted views. Furnishings are a bit dated, otherwise no complaints. Good parking facilities with a lift to all floors.
Value for money. The 2 bedroom apartment was quite large, with views on the lake. The decor is outdated, but it was reasonably clean.
Great room size for a family. Handy to town. Decor a bit tired but clean & tidy.
The service was good, no fuss check in and didn't wait long. The unit had dirty furniture with tears in the sofa and stains on the chairs. It was very noisy from inside the hotel as the floors creaked a lot. Liked the location, but the whole hotel could do with refurbishing.
We stayede there for 3 nights and enjoyed it a lot. Prime location, walking distance to city centre yet very quiet. We even had a lovely lake view.
Very nice hotel - would recommend. Location is good with parking onsite.
