"Our toilet had not been cleaned, which was a very unpleasant introduction to the hotel (apart from the receptionist who was very nice). The porter was tardy about letting us into a new room and somewhat arrogant, not bothering to give an apology for the inconvenience. We then found that both bedside tablelamps had blown bulbs. Obviously, there is a serious lack of quality control at the Copthorne." - pip white

Getting there: Driving from the airport will take approximately 25 minutes.

Drive straight down Memorial Ave which leads on to Fendalton Road. At the end of Fendalton Road turn left on to Harper Ave. This leads on to Bealey Ave. At the third set of lights turn right on to Colombo Street. Drive for 3 blocks, the property is situated on the left hand side of the road directly opposite Victoria Square.
