"A great location to access the central CBD and harbour ferry's. Unfortunatley this is where the positive points end. We were very dissappointed in several areas of this hotel. Firstly their carpark was full so I had to find alternative parking. Once inside the place looks very tired. The paint job and fit out only can hide so much, it lacks any class what so ever. The hall and service areas are small , dark and cramped. Open our room door and my heart sank, what a bloody dump. The kennel we put they dog in for the weekend was bigger, bed was very average and the bathroom was crap. Chipped paint, poor quality fittings, all in all we couldnt wait to get out of the room and into the city. View from the 8th floor was great, very very average, 4 stars ? I doubt it. Pick up your game Copthorne, this is not up to standard. Can't recommend this hotel at all. " - Vicki MacPherson
