Getting there:Main rd into Blenheim past airport (dont turn off)7 kms and we are located on the left hand side. Coming from CH/CH take right hand turn at roundabout and go up to Mobil service station and turn left into Nelson st.The hotel is 300 mts up on the right.

Reception very efficient, they even considered the warmth from the sun through the window.I should add that the rooms have a fan but not air conditioning. We didn't eat in the restaurant as we needed a walk into town 5 minutes away to stretch our legs. We probably missed out on the food as the hotel chef was highly rated by other guests.Friendly bar service and we enjoyed our stay.We would probably choose Picton over Blenheim for picturesque setting but the latter has a far bigger township.
We had a lovely stay at the Copthorne. The facilities were very good and the staff very accomodating.

Very comfortable room reasonably priced. Very good restaurant food and service, if a little pricey.
Rooms are basic but there is a restaurant on site and if you are on business this is a bonus for late night travellers.

Efficient and friendly staff with hotel in a nice and quiet location. No free wireless internet connection.
Quite a noisy hallway outside my room, but apart from that, everything was fine. The room was clean and comfy. Only small thing I'd change is the size and placement of the toilet roll holder - very awkward! Staff were excellent and friendly.

My husband and I were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and had never been to Marlborough so it was very nice to experience a nice clean friendly Hotel we had breakfast two mornings and the dinning room was fresh and friendly would stay there again.

Lovely except it needed sound proofing between our bedroom and the neighbours bathroom.
Very friendly helpful staff; the hotel/motel is situated within about 5 minustes walk of the town centre; the rooms were a fine size and perfectly clean. The restaurant menu unfortunately had nothing vegetarian on it, so I had a starter as a main - the gruyere soufle, which was fine, but didn't taste very strongly of anything, let alone gruyere. Still the service was friendly and the meal was reasonably good value
