Check-in Procedure:At check-in please have ready your confirmation voucher and a credit card for authorisation. Check In time is from 13:00. Reception is open from 06:30am - 21:30pm, if you are arriving outside of reception hours, please contact us for late check-in procedures.
Car parking:Off street parking is available to guests free of charge.

Due to be tiled thru out the complex and the cement walls the noise echoed thru out. I found it extremely noisey. Peoples voices, toilet and showers running people dragging their bags down hallways made it almost impossible to have a peaceful nights sleep. The room did not look anything like the pictures on the internet. There was no bed coverings over the sheet and only two thin scrappy cotten things were provided for the coolness of the early mornings. If there was more than one person occupying the room there would not have been enough blankets to keep the early morning chill away.
Staff was friendly , location was a good distance from town,easy walk. Bit of you get what you pay for.

The hotel was excellent value for money, conveniently located near the main shopping and eating areas and in walking distance of the Reef Terminal. Beds were comfortable. bathroom was adequate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel and would stay there next time.
A very clean hotel and the facilitieswere good. The continental breakfast at 11.00 was no bargin a very poor selection of items.There is no internet available in your room and the cost of 5.00 for an hour was expensive. the pool is not heated and is not usable during the cool spring time. One thing to advise all scuba divers if you are taking any medications pills or oral sprays you will be unable to scuba dive as you will not be able to get a Queensland diving certification.

Coral Tree Inn is a good ,reasonably priced small hotel within ca10 minutes walk from the town and the main esplanade restaurants/facilities. The rooms are fairly basic and a bit dated but provide everything required . Enjoyed our stay and would use again
No bar or restaurant , however wine and beer etc could be purchased on site.Cooking facilities were provided communally.Pool small but clean.Room ok, staff v friendly and helpful.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. While the motel is becoming dated, it is well kept up, and very adequate for a few days as one visits the great barrier reef etc. The hotel arranged for two tours for us which were excellent. There is a large table in the courtyard which served very well to meet people at happy hour time. Although shuttles are available for tours, we found the hotel was close enough that one could walk to the train station and to the jetty for tours.
nice clean place to stay.
Overall good. Had to wake the lady up at 1.45am to let me in and check in as I arrived on a late flight. A/C could've been much better. Ceiling fan didn't seem to do much. Girls behind reception were friendly and helpful.

Hotel was lovely and clean with helpful staff, near to esplanade and shops. We had paid for the continental breakfast this was the only bad point, there is a very limited choice and the dining room is very basic and plain. Would recommend this hotel just give the breakfast a miss and walk down to the esplanade and have breakfast over looking the sea.

Reasonably located. Not as central as some other locations but service and amenities make up for it. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very suitable for those with own transport.

Very good location, 5-7 min. walk to esplanade or city centre. Very clean rooms. No lift for first floor rooms.
A most enjoyable stay. The Hotel was well placed within a five minute walk of the town centre. The rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy and the staff were extremely helpful. We cannot recommend this hotel too highly! Excellent value for money.
