"The hotel though centrally located was not welcoming in any way. No place for hanging jackets etc. The kettle had to be put on the floor as the lead does not stretch to the table. For a double room only one cup is kept so you have to ask . ...not very nice by any standards" - Anonymous
"This hotel was very basic but we were treated well. The breakfast was poor as it was only cereal and toast - no bacon and eggs. They did move us to a ground floor room so my mother did not have to climb the stairs and the offered my daughter a bedtime drink but I do not think I would stay there again." - Ann Bonham
"The rooms were unbelievably small - only the size of the bed - also they did not feel very secure. I would not recommend this hotel at all. You need to remember to take your own soap too!" - Anonymous
"Bit disappointed. Bathroom not cleaned at all. Had to keep chasing up toilet paper. On 4th floor with no lift and fire door was blocked by a bed base - very dangerous." - Anne Davies
