"There are a few of these hotels around London. They sent us all over the city before we got the right one and even then you couldn't swing a cat in the room and the carpet was soaked from a leak! The room got upgraded but it was the least they could have done. Not 4* as advertised." - Anonymous

"Location is walking distance from the train station, even with your luggage. Hotel staff were friendly and available 24 hours. No microwave or fridge facilities in the room and none available in communal areas meaning you can't buy a microwave meal at the supermarket and heat it up and you can't keep your softdrink cold.
