The bedrooms were tiny and we had to walk sidways to be able to get into the bathroom! The room walls were paper thin and we were woken up by the adjoining room shower every morning. Breakfast was very poor - gongealed and limited. However the location was perfect. Right amongst the shops and restaurants and only a short and pleasant walk to the Alhambra.
Only Stayed the one night but everything was very efficient and handled very well. Good position for the sights and centre of Granada.
Nice clean helpful well priced hotel. Good buffet supper
This is a modern hotel on five floors. Its rooms are reminiscent of a [other hotel] but its prices are higher! This might have been because we were staying of the pre-easter week. We could hear every move of the occupants overhead which was not very pleasant. Breakfasts were in the restaurant and combined hot and cold, but were buffet style so the eggs had been cooked sometime earlier. The location is pretty central but outside is being dug up so it is a bit of a building site to negotiate and quite noisy first thing in the morning.
Only one complaint really, we were at the front of the hotel and consequently it was quite noisy with the traffic, we should have asked to move rooms, but did'nt. Apart from that enjoyable stay.
Not quite a 4* hotel as advertised. Restaurant was more of a self service buffet due to the large number of coach trips staying here. Location was a bit further out of town than expected. Rooms were OK, but the no smoking room we asked for had an ashtray - what a give-away!
This hotel was well worth the money and great location, would definitely stay here again.
Good value for money and not too far from nice shopping areas 10-15 minutes walk. Handy for Cathedral area and restaurants. Excellant breakfast. Would certainly come again.
I was very impressed with the hotel. For the time of year, facilities and location the cost was very reasonable. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. My booking was for 16 people which could have been a nightmare but it all went without any hitches. I would definitely stay there again.
Breakfast was excellent with extensive choice to suit all. Staff were very friendly and professional.Location was fine being a 7-8 minute easy walk to the centre of the city.Would stay there again
Well appointed and centrally located hotel. Our second stay at same hotel and not disapppointed. Breakfast was good and plentiful and set you up for the day. Only small criticism is only 1 english channel on TV which was CNN and was endlessly repetitive!
A very enjoyable stay
Very nice hotel in a good location. Very good breakfast. Good value for money. Stayed here 3 times now.
The staff were friendly and multi-lingual. Pool was clean and bright.
Little bit out of the main town but only a 5 minute walk to get to the main area. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was very good.
Good medium class hotel centrally located.
The staff were very helpful and did not hesitated for any advice. The room was quiet clean and enjoyed my stay to the full extent. The central air condition was good and controllable from inside the room. The bathroom was clean and tidy. If I need to go again to Granada then I will choose this hotel again. It's location is 10 minutes from city center to catch a bus in order to go to Alhamra. The breakfast variety was quiet good and the fresh mik and coffee were enjoyable.
The parking was quite expensive, without prior notice.
This hotel was very nice and recently remodeled.
central location in a busy shopping district, approx 15 minute walk to the historic centre, not easy to be found walking back from the city centre if you are not used to strolling around in towns, nice people at the reception. A must: take a taxi for sunset up to the amazing Plaza de San Nicolas viewpoint and surely never will forget your stay in Granada! Susanne John, Massimo Santi, Florence, Italy
