"The reason we gave facilities a low rating was because the spa and pool were not usable. The spa was cold and the pool was filthy. When we booked we believes we would have access to bothe those facilities and were even told about thm when we checked in. " - Anonymous
"Coronet Alpine can be difficult to find. Its 7K outside Queenstown on the way to Arrowtown. Looks rather like an Alpine hotel and you expect to find places to park your skis. It got cold at night and we had to ask them to switch the heating back on. Free WiFi in the entrance area. We were there in late September which is obviously off peak. Only 5 rooms occupied and the restaurant closed most of the time. Snacks in the 10 pin bowling area. Good parking, and swimming pool. I'd go there again. Staff helpful. You definitely need a car. The views are breathtaking" - John Pendry
