"David the Manager was informed and helpful - a couple of the Reception staff (non-confident in role?) did not know how to advise us re the use THEIR phone system to allow us to make international calls from the hotel room. Had little knowledge of local services for travellers eg banks, post office, supermarkets etc. Everything was "cool" - no matter how(obviously)apparent things were not. " - Paul Leckie
