"We received a warm and friendly welcome at this hotel where the decor has unusual goblin themed wall decorations. Our room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Parking alongside was easy and an there is an excellent pizzaria nearby for a reasonable meal. Breakfast was good and can be taken in the small garden if the weather is suitable. The distance to the centre of Lucca is approx 1k, but the hotel price makes this irrelevant. Tip. Hire bicycles to get around (ask at the hotel). The roads are flat and you can see a lot in a short time." - Ian Beach
"an unusual and beautiful B & B with the best host (Maurizio) I have ever encountered. This charming place with its attentive host made my stay in Lucca that much more enjoyable. I loved having a claw foot bath tub in my room and the room was large and cool.
The only downside is its distance from town (about a 10-15 minute walk)
