Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur

It was alright. The hotel location is good. However the hotel is old and needs improvement. Amenities are average. There is a restaurant right across Corus which is not fancy, however, the food was great and I would certainly recommend this restaurant called Pelita.

Not far from KLCC but old and not very clean. It can not be considered as 4 stars.

A nice hotel with nice breakfast. It seems the hotel is good at providing different styles of good food. Very close to the Twins Tower. Although it's not a new hotel, it definitely worth staying and I'd like to come back again!

price n location wise is very good, varieties in breakfast

This is a pretty standard holidays/business hotel situated right next door to the KLCC and Petronas Towers. I found the staff efficient, but not particularly helpful. Next time I will probably look for another hotel

Have been staying numerous times at Corus Hotel KL and had never been disappointed, till this time. The room was very noisy of unknown origin. The overall interior seems to be fading from day to day. Overall I also do not appreciate if hotels want to charge for basic things like internet access. Come on, this is no luxury item nowadays...

Easy check-in as I arrived at 1.30am. Overall, okay experience except that the in-room safe was not unlocked by previous occupant (nobody realised it even after he/she had checked out!). I called reception and they offered for someone to come unlock only the next day, but I insisted on them unlocking instantly. Well, after a little push, the Duty Manager came and got it sorted out promptly. Check-out was a breeze too, only thing I dislike is them taking back the keycard - my personal information were still in it, so I had insisted that they cleaned up the chip on the spot, which they did. Good place.

The first room they propose was close to a big fan and create an important noise in the room. I have to ask to change the room. the other one was better but look old furniture. Often, when I book with Hotelclub, I have poor room... Breakfast is very good. One problem with this hotel is the taxi waiting. It's always same taxi driver who refuse the taximeter. Bad habits in several place in KL and always in this hotel.

We stayed there for a week towards the end of August 2010 on the 2nd floor, which was the same floor as the swiwmming pool and gym.Our room was lovely and large. The whole place was clean and tidy and had a huge buffet breakfast catering for everyone. The Chorus runs a shuttle bus 3 times a day to the markets. It is just over a 5 minute walk to the twin towers. And there is a great Mala restaurant across the road. We found the staff to be most helpful and would recommend it to any one. Any one wanting beer or wine, go to the twin towers , go downstairs and opposite kfc is a place called "cold storage "is where to buy it cheaper. Jeff & Teresa

This hotel is of world standard and we will stay there again. The staff is always ready to assist and friendly we really enjoyed our stay and we can recommend it and will to our friends

Excellent service in all area's.Food wonderful.However internet in the business centre at 1RM per minute is a rip off.

I stayed for 2 nights there, on the first day the free beverage set (water, tea, coffee) was available when I checked in, but on the second day they did not replenish it. I got back to the hotel after midnight and when I asked for a replenishment they said the housekeeping was already closed for the day and my request should be taken care the next day on 7am. However, they did not show up until I check out. TV channel selection was very limited and the quality of the picture was very bad The television set was quite modern and sophisticated (40" LCD TV) though. Location was good, walking distance to KLCC shopping mall and LRT station and also bus stop to other tourist attraction. There's a 24hour restaurant across the hotel if you want to taste some local food or got hungry in the middle of the night.

Excellent position, 5 minute walk from Surat KLCC shopping and the spectacular Twin Towers.

We stayed on the Executive level, the room was clean and of reasonable size. The bed is comfortable but the air conditioner is a tad too cold. You can't adjust the temperature, there's only "Low", "Med", "High". The hotel is just 5-8min walk to KLCC. The location is fantastic for this price range. The Aeroline coach departs from the hotel and is very convenient if you're travelling to Singapore.

The room was amazing!! They upgraded us to the most luxerious bed i have ever slept in!!! The executive rooms are great!! TV is big and everything is very comfy! Great experience at this hotel

Nice location but the hotel is quite old and facilities are old. Bathroom needs more cleaning.

Very convenient, great hotel location!

Some people dealing directly with the hotel have had pricing problems, but I had no problems going through you. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good; this really contributed to the overall value. I have recommended the hotel to others and will return there, if I plan on doing something in that neighbourhood.
