Getting there:Hotel Corvin can be reach easily from the Ferihegy Airport and from the M1 and M7 motorway. By public transport you can also reach us easily. The nearest stop is Mester utca on nr. 4 or 6 Tram on the Grand boulevard or Ferenc körút on Blue line underground (M3). From the airport: Transfer by the minibus of the hotel; Public transportation: Bus 200 to the final stop (Kőbánya-Kispest) then M3 underground to Ferenc körút. From the Railroad stations: Transfer by the minibus of the hotel; Public transportation: Southern Railroad Station: M2 red line to Deák Square (4 stops) change to M3 blue line and get off at Ferenc körút (3 stops); Eastern Railroad Station: M2 red line to Deák Square (4 stops) change to M3 blue line and get off at Ferenc körút (3 stops); Western Railroad Station: nr. 4 or 6 trams to Mester utca.

Nice quiet hotel with good breakfast and a relatively good service for Budapest. Staff speaks good English.
Breakfast was very nice and rich
Good location close to trams and metro. Night security was very helpful when arrived late (plane delayed!) and reception were helpful. Room smelt slightly of cigarette smoke - don't think they offer smoke free rooms.
A little far out of the heart. Room was tidy but hot
Staff v helpful, nice area, good transport links. walking distance of everywhere (I like walking!) breakfast hot/continental buffet - lots to eat!!
Spacious rooms. 30 mins walk to main city centre. Breakfast OK. Reception helpful. Would recommend to others.
Nice and fairly modern hotel within a walking distance to the river and restaurants.
We enjoyed our stay at the Corvin, the hotel is well placed for transport or for walking into the city centre. The staff were very efficient and helpful. Lots of good value restaurants close by. The hotel restaurant was only opened for breakfast which was plentiful and good quality. Walking distance to the Gelert or Rudas spas, both brilliant as was the Szechenyi. Outside in a 38 degree hot spa in January- not to be missed! Recommended

Simple but nice hotel with the usual Budapest friendly welcome. The area around the nearby Metro station is not the best but the street where the hotel is situated is quiet and nice and there is a wonderful tram service, that takes you close to all the sights, just round the corner. Would return to the Corvin and to wonderful Budapest (if you are looking for somewhere to go in Central Europe give the noise and the tacky madness of Prague a miss and go to Budapest!)
