"You have to drag all your luggage to your room by yourself, nobody cares. The Nooch bar's food is so plain but expensive. The hotel is so far away from the nearest MTR especially when you have to carry heavy luggage. A shuttle bus service is very helpful but before I check in, I don't know where to get on it. The room is O.K. The bed is comfortable. It is very cool in the room even though I had turn off the air conditioner all the time. " - Anonymous
"I have stayed five days in this hotel, the location is not too good, the MTR station is 15 min walk away, but lot of shops restaurants around and easy to get taxi as well. The breakfast is not included we accept update room which is superior incl. breakfast and free wifi. Wifi was reasonable, the bigger room was a joke, I do not know what size should be the standard. No LAN connection, but free computer in the room. The breakfast is terrible. A couple of choices and no vegetable for breakfast. This is a very big and many stars hotel and the breakfast is transformed into from the night club place. Only a few selection of food. Very poor. With an unique location amid the shopping and entertainment district of Causeway Bay and the commercial district of Wan Chai on Hong Kong Island, Cosmo Hotel is the best select choice for both business and leisure travelers. It only takes 8-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel to Times Square mega shopping centre and MTR underground train Causeway Bay Station, and complimentary shuttle bus is also provided to the major shopping and business areas in Causeway Bay, Admiralty, Wan Chai (Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center), Central and other parts on the island. Cosmo Hotel is right amid the major shopping attractions in Causeway Bay and the commercial district in Wan Chai. Across the road is the Happy Valley Race Course / Hong Kong Jockey Club where horse races are held. Bauhinia Square, Stanley Market, Ocean Park and The Peak are also within easy access from the hotel.
It takes 45 miinutes by car from Hong Kong International Airport to hotel. Guest can take the Airport Express Line to Hong Kong Station, and then take hotel free shuttle bus to hotel around 20 minutes.
From Times Square / MTR underground train Causeway Bay Station, it takes 8 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by hotel shuttle bus to hotel.
From Hong Kong Convention & Exihibition Center, it takes around 10 minuets by car or hotel shuttle bus to hotel.
Again, it takes 15 minutes by car or 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus from Admiralty (United Centre), or Central (International Finance Centre) to hotel.
