Cosmo Hotel Mongkok

Great view from room. Small but cosy. 10 mins walk to olympic station. Direct train route to big Buddha and Disney land. Shuttle bus service to Mongkok is useful, frequency can be further improved.

The hotel staffs are quite helpful and polite. Let me check in earlier (at 11am). It's far from MTR station, but the hotel offers shuttle to MTR and TST every hour. It's opposite to MacDonald and a few 24 hrs convenience stores nearby. The room is VERY small, especially the toilet, but still acceptable.

A comfortable hotel but a bit out of the way but it was fun exploring the area. Plenty of good food places close by. The hotel does provide a shuttle bus to other venues including train for airport and ferries. Excellent breakfast.

The Olympic MTR station is not the most convenient location, and there is not a lot to see around the hotel. MongKok is ~ 15 mins walk, not ideal for HK's hot weather. However, the hotel itself won't let you down. The room is new and spacious. It's quiet and with the view of the sea ( my room is at the 21 floor). The reception is very helpful and help carry my luggage to my room for me. Overall it is worthy of the price.

IT'S VERY FAR TO THE DOWNTOWN. THE FIRST DAY IT WAS PERFECT CLEAN THE OHERS DAYS (12) IT'S VERY POOR TO CLEAN. MANY NOISES AT NIGHT, BECOMES FOR THE OTHERS GUEST AND THE CHILDS.

Room is little bit small but very good service. Room cleaning service daily and all staffs is very friendly.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Top marks for service with a smile. Checking-in was a breeze. Everyone spoke fluent english. The shuttle was good and extremely punctual. Free Wifi in lobby was great. The location was very good. Just cross the road, turn left and five minutes later you will reach Olympic MTR. From there Disneyland is just 30 minutes away.

Very nice and friendly staff. Would definitely revisit the next time.

Hotel has free downtown shuttle bus to Mongkok, China HK City and Kowloon. Olympic station is within walking distance. Convenient location.

Nice, clean hotel. Conveniently located 5 min walk from Olympic MTR station (1 stop north of Kowloon central). Staff were friendly and attentive. Although small, the room was modern, clean and very comfortable.

Excellent hotel, very close to public transport. Rooms are very modern, if not a bit small. The Queen size bed is more like a european double and it is pushed up against the wall, so you can only get in and out from one side. Service was excellent. I would stay here again.

Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. It would be less annoying for clients if the lady staff members in the dining room were asked to lift their feet as they walked, wore padded / soft soled shoes or you put a soft floor covering down to mask the noise.

The hotel was nice, rooms are a bit small for the price. Breakfast was very basic. The gym isnt built so dont expect to use it....workman still fitting the entrance to the fitness centre. Good feature that we werent aware of is the free shuttle to nearby mall, close to everything.

If you are claustrophobic then you might want to take a miss on this hotel. Boutique hotel doesn't have to be that smallish and stingy. This is one hotel wanting to maximise on charging everything. Ambience is so-so but breakfast was good. Would I stay there again. For the price probably not.

LCD television is hang too high up on the wall. Image is distorted because of not being able to tilt to the required angle.
