Cosmopolitan Hotel Hong Kong

Good location right next to the Happy Valley racing track. Helpful and wiling staff. Many public transportation minutes from hotel.

i had a really great experience staying at The Cosmopolitan. the staff are very helpful and up to date on a customer's needs. i appreciated my time staying here.

Would highly recommend. Either a free hotel shuttle or a short taxi ride away to the best places in Hong Kong. Would certainly stay here again!

This place should have cost us way more for the value we received. First off, we stayed in a standard room, which was quit spacey for Hong Kong and it was very clean and everything was up to date. The staff could not have been more helpful with everything. Only cons were the slow elevators, lack of amenities (such as pool, or spad) they did have a gym though. The breakfast could have been better but at 150hkd you wont get a five star like at the conrad. The location was great, walking distance to a lot of places. Wan Chai is definitely a good place for some shopping and reasonable bars.

Location is slightly away from main stream, Pricing is high, HK$100 for a glass of ordinary w/wine in lobby bar is OTT. We paid for an upgrade to a delux room, but not sure it was worth it and in bathroom hospitality items are very limited, bring your own comb.

Upon checking in the clerk really pushed us to pay for an upgraded room. After a 16 hour flight this was the last thing we needed to hear. We had to tell her 2 times that we didn't want an upgrade before she finally shut up. Staff was attentive, and quick to respond to our requests. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Maid service was very good. This was the hardest bed I have ever slept in even after they put a foam mattress pad cover over the mattress The location was not good for us but that is a personal problem not the hotel's problem. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Although the rooms and service were very good I think that the hotel was a bit overpriced.

This Hotel is a good value for Money. It is very much a Chinese Hotel. However English is spoken by most of the front line Staff.

This is a very well positioned hotel with an efficient shuttle service to all parts of Hong Kong Island. We were offered a upgrade which included breakfast and free internet for an extra 475HKD and this really made the stay an incredibly reasonable stay

The room had no view due to the frosted glass windows at the back of the building which really detracted from the stay.

It is a very clean hotel worth the money paid. The hotel staff were helpful. The only drawback is the hotel is a bit away from the metro station, it takes 15 to 20 minutes walk from the hotel.

It is a good hotel for a business traveller. Conveninetly located and resonably priced.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Free schuttle takes guests to Time Square, it's a short 5 min ride or taxi takes you there for about $2 USD.

We were upgraded to a "deluxe" room but with single beds, these were quite small with not very large duvets. Rooms clean but small, same with bathroom, shower did not drain away so flooded bathroom. Location excellent for race course & other shopping & eating places. Breakfast good. Overall quite a nice hotel for a short break.
