Country Comfort Adelaide

Stayed in this hotel for a weekend, and found it worth it's money. It's location is great, short walk into CBD. One block to tram to Glenelg or into city if don't want to walk. Only downside is that the bed was well past it's used by date. However if you feel like a bed springs massage, then it's a bonus! Room was very clean, no issues there.

I was looking for somewhere cheap to stay in the Adelaide CBD - and I found it. For what you are paying it's a decent place to stay. At the bottom end of the Adelaide CBD, it is quite a long from the middle of town, but the tram line to the main shopping area is just a 5 minute walk. Plus travel on the tram is free. The room was basic but clean, the bathroom was rather dated but did the job. My room was near the road, there was a bit of traffic noise, but rubbish trucks on the back laneway of a morning.

A bit dated, but very functional ,close to tram service & major city area would stay there again,good value at hotel club rates

Having stayed at this hotel many times, they are always very friendly and welcome us back, which we find a nice touch. thank you for making our stay a pleasent one.

There was no tap on the shower so I obtained the key to another room so during my stay I was living in one room showering in another. The staff were good at helping with the problem. There was also rubbish behind the room desk. The room jug could do with a clean so I used the jug from the other room. In all it could have been better. The Coutrey Comfort is run through the Chiffly next door.

Room and facilities ok no staff on duty had to refer to Grand Chiffley their staff where very good . Room was dark very depressing just a light bed cover would change everything Location was Grand thank you

For a cheap motel style accommodation I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff are most helpful, including allowing us to use the internet facilities at the Grifthins to book our flights. The restaurant was quite good as well - awesome marinara. In short, honest quality budget accommodation.

Positioned on south terrace. Just down the road for Fasta Pasta. Plentiful parking. A park opposite and a pool was great for kids.

Neat & clean, rooms & beds are old, but value for money considering location to city centre.

Clean & neat rooms. room service staff were excellent. on arrival day the Counter service staff was very helpful - but on departure day went to the counter for checkout- the staff advised that I owe $2.00 for the phone calls - paid $2.00 dollars and she asked if I needed the receipt for the payment and I said no - not for 2.00. Am surprised to see that the Hotel has charged $1.00 in my credit card - not sure what for

The hotel was ideally situated and near the tram station to get you into Adelaide. The rooms were basic but clean and value for money. Have used the hotel on two seperate occasions.

The second best accomodation I found during the trip!

The location is great for anyone with things to do in the city of Adelaide. The rate for the locatiom and the facilities provided, while not the cheapest, is quite good as it is not a "cheap" accommodation venue

We have stayed they three times in the last six weeks. The first two times where not bad with the bed being ok to sleep on. But the third time was the worse night we have very had, we both wake to very sore backs. It was nice when I had doctors appointment that day. So next time we may stay somewhere else.

I really enjoyed my stay but I found my neighbours on one night to be nosiey as there young son had looked them out of the room. At 6 am. As this is not the hotels fault I have no complaints. The bathroom was very clean but could do with an upgrade.

A great location for our business in teh city. Quiet and convenient to airport. Staff were pleasant.

It is an old Motel but the price was great for a location so close to the centre of the city. It is managed by the Grand Chifley Hotel next door and the staff were exceedingly helpful. I had breakfast in the dining room at the Grand Chifley, very nice food and options at a reasonable price.
